The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and are very attentive to detail. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to the ferry and in the center of the city. The rooms at this hotel are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning and a TV with movies to watch.
All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

The hotel offered good value for money, with affordable rates for a spacious two bedroom-villa. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were of a decent size. the hotel had a swimming pool, which provided a refreshing morning dive before taking the ferry.
One major downside was the construction work that woke us up in the morning. The hotel staff were unsympathetic when we complained about the noise.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities in working order. the bathroom was particularly spacious and the hot water supply was reliable. the hotel staff at the front desk were helpful and provided good service. the hotel had a nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day.
The hotel grounds and facilities were in need of maintenance and renovation. the buildings showed signs of neglect, with cracking plaster and deteriorating wooden doors and shutters.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-furnished and spacious rooms. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the large swimming pool which was perfect for our kids. Additionally, the staff were mostly helpful and even assisted us with a pack lunch for our Ijen hike.
